Method of Payment     top

Tuition and other fees are payable at the beginning of each semester.  Students wishing to pay on an installment basis must sign a contract of deferred payment with the Business Office after the recommendation of the Director DSA and the approval of the Dean.  A late payment charge may be imposed for all overdue installments.

Students with outstanding financial obligations to the Academy will not receive grades, transcripts or other documents until their accounts are settled.  All due accounts must be settled three weeks before the semester’s final exam dates.  The DSA will prepare a list of the defaulting students with the Director of the Business office.  A copy will go to the DAA for implementation with the Registrar.

 Withdrawal Refund Policy    top

Contracts with faculty members and provisions for education are made by the Academy in advance.  Accordingly, if a student withdraws for justifiable reasons after final registration, refund of tuition fees will be made as follows:

bullet

Before classes begin:  100% of fees are refunded.

bullet

During the first and second week of classes:  50% of fees are refunded.

bullet

After the second week of classes no refunds are allowed.

bullet

No refunds of fees in the summer sessions are allowed.

Not attending courses does not imply automatic refund.

A student may not complete registration, graduate or receive a transcript until all fees are paid up. Students involved with such irregularities or difficulties must see the Business Office Director for consideration and the Dean for approval.
