C. THE GRADUATE ADMISSION COMMITTEE (GAC)

1.      Objectives and Composition 

The GAC consists of the Registrar and two or more program Directors appointed by the GEB every year.  The GAC duties are:

1.      To examine the dossiers of all candidates applying for any of the available Master and Ph.D. programs at the Academy within the time limits provided by the graduate catalogue.

2.    To check if the candidates’ files meet the standard     admission rules and regulations for consideration by the Graduate Council.  If not, the GAC will reject it specifying the reason(s).  In both cases, all files must be presented to the Graduate Council by the GAC for final deliberations.

3.    To notify in writing the candidates on their final status.
